More About Daniel Buccos

Originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts, I am currently based in South Eastern Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy playing ice hockey, gaming, strength training, trading, and continuing to expand my technical knowledge and skills.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Florida, where I focused on Early Modern literature. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), building advanced capabilities in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning.

Professionally, I serve as a Process Automation Lead within Cargill’s North America Food business, where I design and deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. My work focuses on integrating enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce, developing automation pipelines using Python, SQL, and SAP GUI scripting (VBS), and empowering business teams through data and technology.
